Timrah provides a hybrid revenue operating system that includes:

• CRM infrastructure for managing customer relationships and workflows
• AI-powered communication tools for voice, messaging, and engagement
• Payments integration through third-party merchant processing partners
• POS integrations for hospitality and retail environments where applicable
• Loyalty and engagement tools for customer retention

Timrah may integrate with third-party systems and platforms. The availability and functionality of these integrations may vary and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and account access
• Providing accurate and current business and contact information
• Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in connection with their use of the platform

4. Payment & Merchant Processing

Payment processing services available through the Timrah platform are provided by third-party merchant processing partners. Timrah does not directly hold, manage, or have custody of merchant funds. Fees associated with payment processing are determined by the applicable merchant agreements and may vary based on transaction volume, business type, and processing terms.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Timrah platform integrates with external platforms and services, including POS systems, payment processors, and messaging providers. These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Timrah is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party integrations.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Timrah platform for:

• Any illegal activity or activity that violates applicable laws
• Fraudulent transactions or deceptive business practices
• Abuse of messaging or communication systems provided through the platform
• Sending spam, unsolicited communications, or bulk messaging not authorized by recipients

7. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to a business that uses the Timrah platform, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your interactions with that business. These communications may include appointment reminders, service notifications, customer support responses, and account-related alerts.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with the business and the services you have requested.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the phone number provided and for ensuring they have permission to receive messages at that number.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Timrah platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bridge Point Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform.

9. Termination

Timrah reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, misuse of the platform, or any conduct that Timrah determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, its users, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
